Make all armor crafted by forgemaster have the skin of beginner armor for one day. (not all current FoWs look like that, but anyone that buys FoW for one day gets a set of ascalon armor).
For Coffers of Whispers: reduce all current percentages by half, and add a 50% chance to get 1 pile of glittering dust.
Switch the icons of Salvage and ID kits.
Stick the Guild Lord in random places on the map for GvGs.
Whenever a team resigns, spawn a max, q7, 15^50 gold crystalline on each of their corpses.
Change player's names at random
Make all PvE-only skills PvP only, removikng the cap on 3 of em. Make all the other skillls PvE only.
Champ points for wins in Jade Quarry.
make an outpost called Xunlai Marketplace randomly appear in the battle isles, but every time anyone tries to go in, it says "district is full blablabla"

i would just delete every skill inthe game except ursan blessing and make it pvp

[Shadow Form]Shadow Form no longer causes attacks to miss.
[Obsidian Flesh]Obsidian Flesh's recharge is tripled, and decreases movement speed by 66%.
[Shadow Prison]Shadow Prison has it's recharge reduced to 15s, and lasts 1...8..9 seconds.
[Black Lotus Strike]Black Lotus Strike is now an offhand attack again.
[Horns of the Ox]Horns of the Ox's damage increased three fold.
[Save Yourselves]Save Yourselves now costs 1 adrenaline, has no recharge, and lasts 10 seconds, and is now unlinked.
[Ursan Blessing]Ursan Blessing... wait a sec, that's fine the way it is.
[Edge of Extinction]Edge of Extinction no longer needs a set amount of health to take effect.
Others:
Remove everything in everyone's Hall of Monuments, and reset all titles.
Implement an IQ-Level requirement to participate in RA.
Increase the requirement of all items everyone has by 3.
Randomly configure all users' interface settings.
The only available language is "Bork Bork Bork!"
Allow users to re-connect to the game after the process tree for GW is ended.
Fire Emblem character rules. You die, you don't come back.

*Invert the percentage of ecto drops.
*Remove requirements from weapons.
*Extend the duration of Shadow Form further to 1 minute.
*Allow lock picks to be used on the Z-chest.
*Up the armor gained from Ursan blessing to 50...100.
*Unlimited minions once more, and restore soul reaping.
*Searing Flames causes burning and does damage in a single cast.
*Reduce the cast time and recharge on meteor shower to 1/2 second.

When you log into Guild Wars your game automatically goes into "Ultimate Survivor" mode. If you die even once with any character your whole account is deleted. Also all your characters are wielding a vampiric weapon that cannot be taken off, and it effects you in towns.

Make pvp hardcore, if you die once, you lose your character forever. With no exit option, if you join pvp you must stay til the end.
Remove 90% of the skins in the game.
Remove all titles.
Dying in pve results in massive XP loss, Which does not stop at zero xp for a level, meaning you can lose levels.
Remove elite areas.
Remove random drop chances.
Remove henchmen.
Change skill bar to allow 10 skills total, 2 elites (1 per profession)
Place a damage cap on all skills so all classes did the same damage, Fire mages and warriors would be the same.
Raise the damage of weapons, raise the defense of armor.
Set merchants to buy each item for a set price, never changing. Items would be worth more at merchant.
Remove unique items from the game.
Have an auto log off timer, After 60 minutes guildwars shuts down for 23 hours with no way to bypass this function.
Have in game moderators who bans people.
Spam blocker, anyone spamming loses their ability to chat in ANY chat log for 24 hours, Including whispers.
Remove elite armor.
Remove HoM.
Idle Booter, Anyone sitting idle for 10 minutes gets booted from the game and can not log back in for 24 hours.
Remove inscriptions and consumables.
Lower prices of chest keys.
Remove platinum, (only gold would be left.)
Remove the monk, Ritualist, Paragon Professions from the game.
Auto disban timer, if atleast 60% of a guild is not active daily, the guild is disbanned, the guildname is banned from being used again and the players can never again be in a guild.
I think that would effectivly F up the game for everyone.

For pvp buttons and mission buttons it would say
"Insert 25c to continue" and play the ol arcade game over sounds

Then give everyone pink armor, except for the women characters who have all been deleted because girls don't play games anyways so they were a waste of data.

And make every monster except for the ones at shin je monestary have 9000 hp and attack for 2000 damage nearby aoe that enchant strips on each attack (before damage is factored) and remove weapon spells including all the monsters in pre-searing.
Oh and delete the monk and warrior profession
